It’s a Wrap on Mother’s Day

It’s Mother’s Day and I feel like serving something new at the same time consuming our leftover foods from yesterday. The leftover rice becomes fried rice with egg and spinach. To put the “adobong chicken na may gata” in a wrap, I cut them into strips using fork and fried 3 slightly scrambled eggs.

All are still well until I warm the wrap in the oven. I played with my daughter and forget to remove them immediately. By the time I remember, they are already crispy wraps. It’s a failed dish but good thing my daughter likes her big “biscuit”.
